Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times and cost

Standard UK delivery: approximately £6. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Free standard UK delivery on all orders over £50.
Delivery time: 15–20 working days after dispatch.

In total, please allow around 17–24 working days from placing your order to delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or busy periods.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Duties and taxes

All prices are shown in pounds (£) and include UK VAT. There are no extra customs charges or import duties to pay on delivery.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional delivery charge.
